Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from, however, if for any reason you need to return the product to us, please follow the rules stated below for Returns and Refunds. 

In the case of goods purchased elsewhere, the products must be returned to either the respective shop or online retailer they were purchased from, and their returns policy will be applicable.


Any goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt inclusive. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused with original tags still attached. We do not accept goods that have been used. Items returned over 14 working days will not be accepted. All goods purchased online must be returned to the following address

-          Send an email to with a subject “Return”
Please make sure your email contains the following information

·         Your Contact Name, Phone Number, Email and Postal Address.

·         The Order Number - This can be found on the invoice or the orders confirmation email.

·         The item(s) reference number and quantity - Reference numbers can be found on the invoice or on our website.

·         Reason for returns

·         If faulty; a description of the fault.

·         If faulty; the postage cost will be refunded to the customer

·         We will reply with a unique returns number for your item within 48 hours.

·         Write the returns number on the address label on the package you are returning to us. We will NOT accept, replace or credit returns without this number!

·         Return the item(s) to us.

-          On receipt of goods and returns number we will issue a credit or replacement based on stock availability.

It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the products.

Please obtain a proof of postage for your returned items (non faulty) as we can not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. A refund or credit note will only be issued on receipt of goods in the condition described above, as such we advise any returns are sent using recorded delivery. Please note that the carriage costs are non-refundable on none faulty items.


What is ClassyMe Policy for Damaged or Faulty Goods?

My product has arrived and it is Damaged/Faulty, what should I do?

Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of your product of any fault or defect on your product.

You must notify us prior to returning the goods and obtain a unique returns number which you should add to the address on the packaging containing the item(s) being returned. Only goods containing the returns number will be refunded. We will aim to replace your item if it is in stock. If this is not possible we will credit you with the price of the item and return postage cost.

What if the returned product’s value has changed?

If the reason for your return is other than faulty or damaged, we will refund the Retail Price valid at the point of email notification of the return. In case when the product is reduced or in sale, we regret, that we can only offer a credit to the value of the current advertised price.

ClassyMe Returns Policy for Gifts?

Products received as gifts fall under the same procedure as stated above. Please contact the purchaser of the gift and ask them to follow the standard returns policy. In cases where product is advertised at a discounted sale price, only current value of goods will be refunded.

Christmas extended Returns Policy

Christmas gifts purchased before 24th December 2017 can be returned until Sunday 14th January 2018.
